Experience:
24 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required.
Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Hawaii license in hand at the time of application.
COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Two (2) or more years ICU, PCU or Telemetry experience in the last 5 years
Baxter/Phoenix HD machine experience preferred.
